The ECBIP 2021 – Hybrid edition offers two attendance alternatives: in-person (physical) or virtual.
Please visit the appropriate Registration form, in order to create an account and register to the Congress according to your preferred attendance format.
Pre-registration for physical attendance is now CLOSED. Delegates wishing to attend physically can register at the Registrations Desk operating onsite during Congress dates.
Registration for virtual attendance will remain open until completion of the Congress.

** For final confirmation of your Resident registration, a proof of status is to be submitted to the Congress Organizing Secretariat via email at registrations@ecbip2021.org. The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category, should we not receive the proper documentation.
*** Fee applicable for attendance of full program. For final confirmation of your Nurse registration, an official letter signed by the Head of your Department is to be submitted to the Congress Organizing Secretariat via email at registrations@ecbip2021.org. The Organizing Secretariat reserves the right to allocate your registration to the appropriate category, should we not receive the proper documentation.
In-person (physical) attendance registration fees include the following services:
- Admission to all scientific sessions of the Congress Program, with the exception of Workshops (separate fee applicable)
- Access to the Exhibition and ePoster Areas
- Access to all Congress-related educative material and documentation
- Coffee and refreshments during official breaks
- Attendance of the Opening Session & Welcome Reception (15 October 2021)
